The Vision
Workout for Happiness is a holistic program that pushes people to work on the three major aspects of well-being: the physical, mental, and social. To change the world, we must all be happier, healthier, and more compassionate versions of ourselves. This is Workout for Happiness' Vision.

W4H is a holistic program and real-life adventure game. Real change takes time and effort but it can also be fun with points, awards, teams and more!

Workout for Happiness spreads its arms wide, forming a community of past, present, and future participants, as well as all the people who work day-by-day to create happier selves.
FOUNDATION
The future W4H foundation will aim to boost social competences within the worldwide community, support social projects and work with researchers to advance the fields of happiness and well-being.
